What is a Short Sale?
A Short Sale is a sale of Real Estate in which the proceeds from selling the property will fall short of the balance of debts secured by the mortgage lender, in which the property owner cannot afford to repay the full amounts owed on the debt. The borrower must prove they have an economic or financial hardship preventing them from being able to pay the deficiency.

I assist you with the Short Sale package and submit all documents to the lender myself. I have dealt with all of the major banks, BOA, Chase, Wells Fargo, Ocwen, and also the more challenging cases when the investor is Fannie Mae, HUD or Freddie Mac.
